Information received
When you email Nuzzleworks, your email address, the content of your message and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide may be processed. The website has no contact form, user accounts or newsletter signup.
Purpose
Messages are used to read and respond to your enquiry, and, where necessary, to continue the related correspondence. There is no automated marketing mailing list. Where applicable, handling voluntary enquiries relies on the legitimate interest in responding.
Email services and location
The Nuzzleworks mailbox is provided by Infomaniak. Email traffic and correspondence may also involve other email providers, including Google, depending on forwarding and the correspondents involved. The publisher may access messages from China; email content should therefore not be assumed to remain solely in Switzerland.
Retention
For exploratory enquiries that do not progress, the publisher has adopted a period of up to 12 months from the last meaningful exchange, with manual review every three months. Longer retention may apply where a conversation remains active or where records must be kept for specific reasons. This is a manual policy, not an automated deletion system.
Requests about your information
To request access, correction or deletion of data concerning you, or to object to its use where applicable, email contact@nuzzleworks.com. Additional rights may apply depending on the relevant data protection law.
Cookies and website analytics
This static website contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or newsletter forms. Hosting and network providers may retain technical access logs independently of this site’s code.
