What are the delivery times?

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also track your order here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Canada, UK and Australia.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

In most cases, no additional fees apply. However, if customs duties are charged, they remain the customer's responsibility.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
