Order Processing Time

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item(s) to process a claim.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the package, we may offer to resend it at your expense .

  • We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided shipping details.
